Learning Agreements
According to Education Code (51747), every Riverside Virtual School (RVS) student is required to sign a Learning Agreement. The signed document is necessary for reporting attendance to the State of California. The agreement must be signed by the student, parent/guardian, and supervising teacher for continued enrollment in RVS.
To facilitate signing the document easily and efficiently, we have created an easy way for all parties to sign the agreement electronically. The Learning Agreement is accessible through the Aeries Parent Portal by navigating to Student Info and selecting Independent Study Agreement. Both student and parent/guardian must sign the agreement using their own Aeries login information. RVS teachers will be sent a link to the Learning Agreement for their signature.
